Download the Lime App for the electric scooters and scan the QR code of any scooter in the city (check the battery before you scan)
When buying a ticket for Tivoli Gardens, rides are not included so when you enter make sure you buy an inclusive ride ticket as individually they are very expensive
The train to and from the airport is a lot cheaper than the train and easily accessible
If you are getting the train over to Malmö, ensure you bring Swedish Kroner as many places will accept Danish Krone however the exchange rate is not worth it
Good to know
Food and drink is a lot more expensive than in the UK so bring more spending money than you think you will need.
When riding the electric scooters you are not allowed on the pavements however you can use the cycle lanes. Bare in mind many buses open their doors into cycle lanes; beware of pedestrians.
The currency in Copenhagen, Denmark is Danish Krone.
Personally, I have never felt safer in a foreign city. The atmosphere is very upbeat and lively and I felt comfortable walking around at night, which is surprising for a big city.
The best time to visit Copenhagen, in my opinion, is anytime! It is one of those cities where rain/sun would not effect the amazing atmosphere it holds.
